Meet Dr. David James DeMarco

Dr. David James DeMarco is passionate about making a positive difference in his patients’ oral health. He finds great fulfillment in welcoming new patients to Modern Dental Group, knowing he has the opportunity to improve their quality of life by helping them achieve a healthy, confident smile. For him, earning and maintaining the trust of patients is one of the most rewarding aspects of dentistry. Seeing patients leave with a positive experience affirms his commitment to providing the best care possible alongside his dedicated team.

Education and Experience

The son of Dr. David John DeMarco, he grew up in Erie, PA, and graduated from Cathedral Preparatory School in 2003. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from John Carroll University in 2007 before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry, graduating in 2011. Since graduating, he has been practicing dentistry with a focus on blending medical knowledge and technical skill to deliver exceptional care.

Dr. DeMarco stays current with the latest techniques and materials, offering his patients state-of-the-art, comprehensive treatment. He continues his professional growth through active involvement in the Erie County Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and American Dental Association.

Outside the Office

Outside of dentistry, Dr. DeMarco treasures time with his two children, Donovan and Laurel. He enjoys spending time outdoors, often fishing or kayaking, and values the relaxation and connection that nature provides. He is also actively involved in his son’s Boy Scout pack, where volunteering has allowed him to create meaningful memories and relationships with his family and community.
